Since our founding in 1978 by Dennis Izral, Ray Edwards Contractors, Inc. has been well known in the Heavy Highway Industry.

Ray Edwards Contractors, Inc. is a third generation DBE subcontractor specializing in sewer and water underground installation. As the third generation owner, Melanie Izral is excited and proud to be taking over the reins in running the company. Melanie's partner in the venture, Diane O'Keefe, has over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry.
